What the form collects
When you send a request, the form collects your name and your email address, plus anything else you choose to share: a phone number, the best times to reach you, whether you prefer an in-person or remote session, an organization and event date for speaking requests, and your message.
How it is used
Your details are used only to reply to you and to arrange the conversation you asked for. Dr. Leslie reads the requests herself.
Who sees it
Your details are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone beyond Dr. Leslie and the people who help her run this site.
Asking for it to be deleted
Write from the email address you used, and your request and details will be deleted.

Medical information
Please don’t include medical information in the form. Dr. Leslie will talk with you directly.
